Nobia Graduate Programme

Do you want to boost your development and accelerate your career? Are you a stunning team player and a good communicator who thrive, even though you may leave your comfort-zone? If you hold a Master’s degree with top marks and have the potential to deliver world-class customer experiences, then the Nobia Graduate Programme is your opportunity to learn and develop. Get your career off to a great start at Nobia by September 2016.

Nobia is Europe’s kitchen specialist and we operate through 20 strong brands. Our business includes a broad part of the value chain - from innovation and product development, sourcing and procurement, production and logistics to marketing, sales and customer service. This means that we are a very diverse workplace which gives you experienced colleagues and sparring partners in many professional fields. Through this programme, you have the opportunity to learn from them all.

Our Graduate Programme is designed in 4 different tracks:

The programme consists of an intensive 1-year cross-organisational training period in your home office. Here you will get familiar with the business, our organization and working culture, just as you will get involved in local and cross-functional projects. After this period you will do two further rotations of six months each in two of the other Nordic countries.

The project assignments allow you to assume responsibility immediately and enable you to prove your skills while solving problems, shaping new solutions and contributing to change and development. You will not only be learning and developing, but also get challenged and made accountable for clear deliveries.

Your assignments will cover the full range of tasks from hands-on execution of functional tasks to analysis, follow-up on activities, administrative support to the management team, project participation and potentially project management.

What’s in it for you?

As a Graduate at Nobia, you will have a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional experience and build up a strong business understanding of the format or business unit you engage with. The programme will offer you the possibility to work hands-on with the end-to-end processes. In this way, you will acquire insights into various key business areas.

Throughout the programme you’ll be encouraged by your manager to review your progress towards achievement of role objectives and personal development plans. You’ll get the training, experience and support you need to develop a good start for your future career.

To solve your daily tasks and to learn more about our customers and what matters to them, you will work closely with colleagues and interact with a wide range of business partners and stakeholders – both internally and externally.

After the two years programme you should be equipped to take over a position with your own responsibilities within our kitchen organization and become an important part of our further development.
